In Taiwan, drinking 58% Kaoliang liquor is a custom, but it is often perceived as too strong. Therefore, with the help of "Shuntang" wisdom and power, we developed Taiwan Shochu (Kaoliang) to harmonize with Japanese drinking culture while maintaining the rich aroma of Kaoliang.

Clear, pure spirit with a sharp sting on the tongue followed by a gentle sweetness through the nose. Features a mellow aroma and a mouthfeel similar to Okinawa's Awamori.
