Taiwan Shochu Great Millet

In Taiwan, there is a habit of drinking high-proof (58%) Kaoliang, which can be perceived as too strong. Therefore, with the help of "Shuntang's" wisdom and expertise, we developed this Taiwan Shochu (Kaoliang) to harmonize with Japanese drinking culture while preserving the rich, mellow aroma of sorghum.

This pure, transparent spirit provides a sharp, tingling sensation on the tongue, followed by a faint sweetness that drifts through the nose. Featuring an alluring, rich aroma, its mouthfeel is similar to Okinawan Awamori.
